my story
Hey there — I’m Zoila 🌸
For years, I struggled with exhaustion, gut issues, and feeling completely disconnected from myself. Mornings were a battle with nausea, bloating, and burnout, and I felt like no matter what I tried, nothing worked.

After being diagnosed with IBS, I started searching for answers and slowly discovered that true wellness isn’t just about what you eat — it’s about how you care for your mind, body, and soul. Through the Bravenly community, therapy, and small, consistent changes, I began to heal from the inside out.

Now, I’m passionate about helping other women who feel drained, stuck, or lost reconnect with their bodies and find balance again — one mindful habit, one sip, one act of self-care at a time.

This is my journey of rebuilding — and I’m here to remind you that it’s okay to start again.

🌸 my journey 🌸
For a long time, I didn’t feel like myself. I was constantly exhausted, nauseous, and bloated — even small meals made me feel sick. Mornings became battles, and simple things like sitting at work or getting through the day felt impossible. After months of frustration, I was finally diagnosed with IBS with constipation. I tried different diets, gave up meat, even switched from coffee to tea, but nothing seemed to stick. Every attempt left me feeling more defeated.

At the same time, I was trying to build my creative business and find my purpose, but my health struggles kept holding me back. Life hit hard — job changes, losing my home, battling anxiety and depression — I felt like I was losing myself completely.

In 2024, I discovered Bravenly through Dana’s story, and something about her journey spoke to me. I started with their Golden Brew, hoping for a small shift — and slowly, my mornings began to feel lighter. My gut health started improving, and for the first time in a while, I felt a spark of hope. I joined the Bravenly community and surrounded myself with people who were focused on growth, healing, and positivity. That support gave me the courage to also seek help through therapy and start rebuilding both my physical and mental health.

Now, I’m finally learning to put myself first — creating new habits, finishing projects, and finding balance between my body, mind, and soul. I’m not perfect, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come. My goal now is to share my journey and inspire others who feel lost or stuck to start again — because healing is possible, and it begins with one small, brave step. 🌿
